As of yesterday—August 12th—the sun moved into the third decan of Leo, and will move through these remaining ten degrees through August 23rd.

The third decan of Leo is governed by Mars and associated to the 7 of wands in the tarot—a card that refers to the boasts and brags of accomplishments achieved and goals attained… only slightly before achievements or attainments are actualized—the 7 of wands, therefore, is a card that symbolizes entirely new challenges ad new struggles, as though what could potentially go wrong is budding from each branch that’s only beginning to bear fruit.

Mars governs this decan because it is through this decan that we must forge forward through will power alone… which is what Mars energies are best with.

No matter what—no matter where you are within your journey: you must continue on.

The sun is in inferior conjunction to Venus as I write—on August 13th—beginning an entirely new Venusian cycle, which I have already posted about for everyone (not just subscribers) and will, therefore, not be repeating here… but it’s definitely worth a read.

Then, the sun will connect to Uranus square on August 16th through a degree that accentuates inner-directedness and confidence through the passive actions of both indifference and self-possession. Yeah, you’ll need some clarifications for this…

Finally, the sun connects to the NN on August 19th through a degree that promises new beginnings…
