DECAN DELINEATIONS
Taurus III: Saturn, the 7 of Pentacles & Learning Experiences, Failing Better & Murphy’s Law| May 10—May 2
The Planetary Planner includes an audio option—if you’d rather take in my yammering through your headphones while walking, driving, feeding the birds or making coffee, tap the play button at the top of the post and the entire piece will read itself aloud… sometimes the sky is best absorbed with your eyes closed.
•••Introduction: The Slow Audit of Reality—
Taurus III arrives after Taurus II has shown us what quietly sustains us… now Saturn steps in, adjusts the spectacles, clears its throat, and asks the rude but necessary question:
“Lovely. But does it actually work?”
This is the decan of patience under pressure, of plans meeting weather, weeds, delays, mistakes, and the charming little goblin known as Murphy’s Law: whatever can reveal a weak spot may very well reveal it now—not because the universe is being petty, though it does occasionally have a suspicious sense of humor, but because this decan is interested in durability.
Here, value must prove itself through time... desire must survive inconvenience, hope must become practical—and effort must learn to keep going even when the results are late, lumpy, underwhelming, or arriving in a package marked “some assembly required.”
Taurus III is not here to humiliate you…
It is here to teach you how to fail better—to gather data instead of despair, to tend the field instead of cursing the harvest, to realize that setbacks are often the curriculum wearing mud boots and a deadpan expression.
This is where growth becomes craftsmanship.
